Begin by placing 2 Dried Cayenne Peppers, 2 Dried Chipotle Peppers and 2 Dried Guajillo Peppers into one of the bottles. Add 1 Shot of Tequila, 1 Shot of White Vinegar, seal the bottle airtight and let your mix sit for ten days. Once the infusion is complete follow the directions on the package to add other ingredients. When you’re ready, blend your mix to a smooth consistency, boil for 15 minutes, let stand for 15 minutes, strain for a smoother texture and pour back into the bottle using one of the included funnels. And that’s it—you just made your first batch of Tequila Infused Hot Sauce. And now that you’re an expert, it’s time to experiment with the number of peppers and additional ingredients you add to achieve your desired hot sauce rank of mild, medium, hot or total fire.
