Can I Cancel My Order?
We would suggest contacting our service team as soon as possible with this request. However, once an order has been placed we unfortunately cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled. Once you receive your order, you are more than welcome to return it per our standard return policy.
Can I Return My Order?
If you change your mind about a purchase or no longer need the merchandise, you can return it to us for a refund provided that we receive the returned merchandise within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in the original unused and unwashed condition including all hardware, instructions, any accessories that may have come with the item, and is in its original packaging.
Do I Have to Pay for Return Shipping?
Yes, shipping costs for sending a product back are covered by the customer. You can ship your order back via the carrier of your choice. Please be sure to use a traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery and make note of the return tracking information for your records. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refused orders or orders sent back via the Return to Sender method are subject to a return shipping fee and $15 restocking fee per package.

Do I Need an RMA#?
No, we do not use RMA#s.
Do I Have to Include Any Paperwork With My Return?
Yes, please include a copy of your invoice as we require your order number to easily identify the return.
How Long Until I Receive My Store Credit or Refund?
From the time it is delivered to our warehouse please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing by our Returns Team. We appreciate your patience as our team works to have your refund submitted as soon as possible.
What if There is a Problem with My Order?
Please promptly inspect all items upon receipt. If there is a problem with your order or the item is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly troubleshoot the problem for you and find the best solution for the issue. If a refund is instead preferred then a defective or damaged item can be mailed back for a refund via our standard return policy. If damage or a defect becomes present under normal use and you received your item within the last 30 days, please contact our Service Team for assistance.
