ShoeAngle Returns

Can I Cancel My Order?
Once an order is placed, cancellation must be requested before 8:30 AM pacific time California 90723. After that we cannot cancel the order. Once you receive your order, you are more than welcome to return it, but our standard return policy will apply.
Can I Return My Order?
If you change your mind about a purchase or no longer need the merchandise, you can return it to us for a refund provided that we receive the returned merchandise within 30 days of receipt, merchandise must be in unused condition including all hardware, instructions, any accessories that may have come with the item and is in its original packaging.
Do I Have to Pay for Return Shipping?
For damaged or defective merchandise, no. If you change your mind and no longer want the merchandise, yes --you will be responsible for return shipping. You can ship your order back via the carrier of your choice. Please be sure to use a traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refused orders or orders Returned to Sender are subject to a return shipping fee and 15% restocking fee.

***Returning used or damaged items: We will charge a restocking fee that is up to 50% of the order not including the shipping cost. If the merchandise is returned Used/Worn, Damaged, Wrong merchandise(including size, color, team, brand, ect.) Please return all items including the shoe box in original condition with all tools, tags, and stickers on the merchandise. Shoe box should be covered with wrapping paper before taping the box, and do not tape directly on the original box. Taped boxes may be subject to 30% restocking fee or $20, whichever is less.***

During the holiday shopping season, we will extend the return period to January 31st for all purchases between November 1st to December 31st.

Do I Need an RMA#?
No, we do not use RMA#s.
Do I Have to Include Any Paperwork With My Return?
Please include a copy of your invoice with your email address.
How Long Until I Receive My Store Credit or Refund?
Refunds are processed 2–3 business days after the return is accepted at our center. During the peak holiday season, it may take longer.
What if There is a Problem with My Order?
Please promptly inspect items upon receipt. If there is a problem with your order or the item is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly troubleshoot the problem for you and find the best solution for the issue. Do not send damaged, defective or wrong merchandise back to us unless you are instructed to do so. We cannot take back defective items after the stated time frame. If your item(s) breaks after normal use, check your item's manufacturer's warranty. Any warranty will be honored by the manufacturer.
