LeisureMod Returns

Can I Cancel My Order?
Order processing is on a daily basis and our cut-off time for order cancellations is 11:00 AM EST. We will not be accepting cancelation after that time and our standard return policy will apply.
Can I Return My Order?
It is our goal at LeisureMod to offer the finest products. However, we know that for whatever reason, things sometimes just don't work out. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 14 days. All we ask is that the merchandise must be in unused and sellable condition including all hardware, instructions, any accessories that may have come with the item and is in its original packaging. As we work with multiple warehouses, we will reach out to you with the appropriate address for return.
Do I Have to Pay for Return Shipping?
The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges as well as the original freight charge. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

If however the item arrived damaged, the restocking fee will be waived and our company will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Damage claims needs to be reported to LeisureMod withing 24 hrs. from the time of delivery. A signed delivery receipt, with mention of damage on it, is required. Photos are also necessary for proof.

Refunds are promptly processed once we have the returned item back in our possession and absorb the return shipping costs when sending the item back to us. and we'll refund the product's cost, less the shipping costs (both ways) and a 15% re-stocking fee.

Do I Need an RMA#?
No, we do not use RMA#s. But the customer needs to have authorization from LeisureMod that the return is approved.
Do I Have to Include Any Paperwork With My Return?
Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with your email address and order #.
How Long Until I Receive My Store Credit or Refund?
It takes 7 days from the day it was delivered back to our warehouse once it's been received and will go under an inspection to determine the quality of the item to make sure there are no damages, and it remains in perfect and sellable condition in the original box and packaging.

If the item is returned not in its original packaging and damages are incurred because of it the customer will not be refunded and a claim will need to be made.
What if There is a Problem with My Order?
Please promptly inspect items upon receipt. If there is a problem with your order or the item is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly troubleshoot the problem for you and find the best solution for the issue. Do not send damaged, defective, or wrong merchandise back to us unless you are instructed to do so. We cannot take back defective items after the stated time frame. If your item(s) breaks after normal use, check your item's manufacturer's warranty. Any warranty will be honored by the manufacturer.
