- Can I Cancel My Order?
- The customer can cancel their order any time prior to the order being shipped.
- Can I Return My Order?
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery on new, unused, and unopened orders. If the item isn't defective, or if the customer changes their mind, they will be responsible for return shipping fees.

- We use RMA#s. The customer can submit a return request through their market account, or email us.
- Do I Have to Include Any Paperwork With My Return?
- No paperwork needs to be provided with a return.
- How Long Until I Receive My Store Credit or Refund?
- To keep our employees safe, we will be isolating returns for 10 days before processing. Once that precautionary time has passed, return processing generally takes 3-5 days. During the peak holiday season, it may take longer.
- What if There is a Problem with My Order?
- Please promptly inspect items upon receipt. If there is a problem with your order or the item is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly troubleshoot the problem for you and find the best solution for the issue. Do not send damaged, defective or wrong merchandise back to us unless you are instructed to do so. We cannot take back defective items after the stated time frame. If your item(s) breaks after normal use, check your item's manufacturer's warranty. Any warranty will be honored by the manufacturer.

Funeral: Used human urns, used pet urns.
Event & Party: Products that processed food included but not limited to used cotton candy machine, used commercial popcorn machine, used hot dog roller grill cooker machine, any type of used and dirty tablecloth, used inflatables.
Salon & Spa: Used essential oils, used piercing needles.
Art & Hobby: Used cake decorating airbrush paint, any type of used and dirty airbrush. Freight Shipping: Products delivered by freight shipping included but not limited to:
